Eleven Months Old

We all had a wonderful, enjoyable, blessed Christmas break.  Our only wish was for more snow!  Micah wasn't too interested in opening gifts but once we helped him, he loved the gifts inside. The last picture here was from Christmas eve mass.  We decided to forgo the fancy Christmas outfit and go with the much more comfy option - pj's.  I admit, I was jealous.  Oh, and under Uncle Jonah's guidance, he cheers on the Ducks!

More Mobility

Since Micah started crawling, standing and being more curious he is becoming more of a challenge.  Lately he's unrolled a bunch of toilet paper, attempted to eat the keys from the file box lock and eaten a couple of carpet shreds, part of a cardboard drink coaster and some leaves off the floor.  He has 6 teeth now and uses them for a pretty cheeky little grin.

We headed to the pumpkin patch with Chase and Melinda two weeks ago.  It's a good thing, cause last weekend the whole family was sick with colds and we stayed at the house.

Astoria

We spent the day in Astoria - visited the Flavel House, Columbia River Maritime Museum, Fort Stevens State Park and we ate fish and chips at The Ship Inn.  There were lots of people out on the beach and the kite boarders were taking advantage of the gorgeous weather!
