November

We celebrated our 1st anniversary on Nov. 17th.  The weekend was spent in Seaside.

Joey setting up the crib...  his beer was sitting right out of the shot. hehe.

 

7 Months

Shower

Anna put together a wonderful shower for us in Corvallis.  The highlight, aside from really good food was the onesie decorating contest... of course I favored the sasquatch themed onesie.

October

We had a festive visit to the pumpkin patch with the family in Corvallis and celebrated Grandma Luella's b-day with the Phillips family.

6 Months

Goodbye to the red hot BMW 318 and hello to a "family car."  After 5 years with the speedy little two door BMW, it was a bit difficult to see someone else drive away with MY car!  Joey and I were able to find this '98 Volvo Cross Country within a week and it's been a comfy ride so far (with plenty of room for the baby).  In case you're wondering - it does have the backward third bench in the back.

In mid September, Joey and I met up with some family and friends at Oktoberfest in Mt. Angel, OR.

20 Week Ultrasound

At our 20 week ultrasound today the baby was wiggling and moving.  We chose not to find out if it's a girl or a boy.  Everything looked great - down to the four chambers of the heart.  Heart rate was 145 beats/min and baby weighs approx. 12 oz.  and is about 7 inches.  Joey's mom Doni came along with us for the visit and we all smiled when the baby first appeared on the monitor.  How amazing!

Spring

Back in May Joey got me a CRF 230 and taught me how to ride in his parents field.  We made it to the motocross track in Longview for my first official ride.  It was an awesome day but my last ride for a while because we soon found out I had been pregnant and was almost one month along.
