Before and After

I met with a mom today who's son is going through the same surgery as Kenna. I looked back through McKenna's photos - what a big girl now!

Micah is 3

Happy birthday buddy! Micah's favorite things include pressing the button to open the garage door, anything related to Toy Story, the color yellow, telling his puppy to 'sit,' yelling 'Saya' when Mommy doesn't work, going to sleep with his Buzz Lightyear flashlight on, 'shaving' in the bathtub and helping daddy make fires in the fireplace.

Jacque and Jonah

Awww! They did it! Jonah plotted quite the scheme. He kneeled down right as the elevator doors were opening and proposed as the doors opened (camera capturing it all). Of course, she said 'yes.' Then they got on the elevator and rode up a floor or two. When the doors opened again, Jac was suprised by the applause of family and friends who were waiting on the floor! What a guy! Congrats you two! (FYI-for clarification, this is my friend Jacque, and NOT my brother Jonah but her new fiance).

A Titanic New Year and Micah Shaves

Micah was startin to get peach fuzz so we got him shaving. Also, 2012 is the 100th anniv. of my favorite year - 1912 so I forced our New Years guests to eat off fine china as we commemorated the Titanic.
