The last few days it's been in the triple digits. Yesterday we went over early in the day and took a dip in grandpa's pool (which was 89 degrees). Micah loved it!

A Fourth to Remember!
All the sibs were at Mom and Dad's for the festivities. We had BBQ for dinner, made elephant ears then the fun began. Anna and Sara G. entertained us all with a homemade, all-American parade float. Jumped on the trampoline with the sprinkler going and played in the pool. Josh added a little something to Noah and Joey's firework show. CHECK OUT "Salute to the Fourth of July: boom goes the dynamite" on youtube to see it! Jonah was sporting enough red, white and blue for us all and a shirt which read: 'Freedom is not free.' We sang to Leah and ate her delicious white chocolate - raspberry birthday cake (made by Sara G.)! Yum! Doug showed his affection for the Seitzs and Clara played in the pool with a dog-smoking-cigar slipper. We ended the night with some great fireworks - Josh, Joey and Sara P. all got minor burns but still have all ten digits. Micah slept through the whole thing. Couldn't ask for anything more.
